Hakkasan is one of my favourite restaurants in the world so I always make dinner reservations there if I find a location in the city that I’m visiting. In North America, there are only two Hakkasans and luckily, one of them happened to be at the sprawling Fontainebleau Resort in Miami. So, it was only appropriate to commence the evening at the gorgeous Hakkasan bar where the bartender worked his magic — resulting in three very satisfied customers! I definitely recommend the ‘Red Hot Passion’ martini made with Stoli white pomegranate, green apple, agave nectar, lemon juice and pomegranate juice.
