When I found out that my girlfriend Tanya (who by the way, is one of the most successful realtors in my city) had a listing in the 1912 heritage building where I had my first apartment, I jumped at the chance to see it. A wave of emotions overcame me as I walked up to the Anderson Estates, which now stands behind wrought iron gates and gives an air of exclusivity. This is where I spent my younger years as a single girl and starving university student. My life then was tumultuous but fun. Crazy parties. Crazy roommates. Crazy boyfriends. As a result, I’ve been feeling especially nostalgic these last few days and have even been tempted to purchase the unit for sentiment sake. It’s been completely redone with a Sex and The City chicness that even Carrie Bradshaw would appreciate.
